Complete fitness system that will target the entire body. Participants work in large group setting yet are encouraged to move at their own pace. Team training is an effort based class that allows for members and guests to motivate and encourage one another.
Personal training in small groups of 4-6. Participants focus on progressive and advanced movements in a more close knit setting and have the opportunity to work on specific exercises or needs with their coach.
Once a week our schedule includes either Yoga or Active Recovery on Saturday mornings. This helps to encourage participants to focus on flexibility, mobility and reducing sore or achy muscles after a long week of training. Yoga packages are available.
